Matthew joined our kennel team in mid 2020. He enjoys walking and caring for all creatures big and small. Matthew is a high school student and will be entering his junior year in the fall. He plans on becoming a police officer or joining the military. Matthew has grown up around animals his entire life. His mother has worked in the veterinary field for many years and his nana and great-grandma have being breeding dogs as long as he can remember. It is only natural that he too would have a love for animals. He spent many of his summer days at work with his mom, where he would help clean cages, walk the dogs and be a friendly companion to them while in the care of the veterinary office. When he wasn't at work with his mom he was caring for his many pets at home. Currently, he joins spending his free time with his family, drawing, playing basketball and doing pretty much anything outdoors. Matthew's favorite breed of dog is the German Shephard.
