Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Clinic Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

Boarding Policy

As a courtesy to our established clients, we offer boarding under veterinarian supervison. Our kennels are air conditioned and pets are closely monitored throughout their stay.  Boarding for pets is by appointment only. Please remember that holidays do book up fast!
